Crockpot Challenge: Peach Cobbler

Oh MY! This was really good. And sooooo easy!

Peach Cobbler

1 can (21 oz.) peach pie filling (or whatever pie filling you like)

1 package yellow cake mix

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted (oh! I didn't see the melted bit...I just mixed it into the cake mix with a pastry blender)

1/3 cup walnuts, optional (we're not fans of nuts in things, so I left them out)

Place pie filling in slow cooker. Combine dry cake mix and butter (mixture will be crumbly); sprinkle over filling. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve with ice cream or cool whip.

It was very rich and very filling.
